		<description>I agree with the above.  I know a lot of people who are in competition with one another to have the most people in their network or have the most followers.  However, they never even briefly thank the person for connecting with them or offer to help them in any way.  I also feel it is best to build a relationship with that person.  Even if it is a small one.  One never knows how far that connection will go to help you in the future.</description>
