The Parker Tube Fittings Division leads the industry in value-added field training. The problem was, the training needs and the level of technical sophistication of the customers varied widely,
making it difficult to assemble the right information for the right customer. The Smiley Hanchulak solution: we created a multimedia tool and facilitator's guide that allowed Parker to
quickly customize presentations from a complete menu of topics. The result: Parker facilitators have more professional and customizable presentations – and their customers have never
been happier and well-informed.
