Long-time client, Parker Fluid Connectors Division, found itself in uncharted territory – a new product launch wasn't panning out.
Parflex, an alternative to traditional black iron gas piping was having trouble gaining traction with distributors, even though the product was a marked improvement with
considerable economic upsides. The Smiley Hanchulak solution: re-launch the product with a top-to-bottom strategy consistent with Parker's reputation as the leader
in proven solutions. The results: incredible.
